DO YOU NEED TO SEE MY SPACE FIRST?
Yes, it is important to share your space so your specific needs can be met, and pricing can be set ahead of time. Send me a video of the space, or contact us to make an in-person preview appointment.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?
Yes! We would be happy to look at a video of the space, or set up a video call to discuss your needs.
AM I SUPPOSED TO BE HOME OR GONE WHEN YOU CLEAN?
It is easier to clean a space without other people in it, but it isn't necessary. Please let us know what you prefer.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We choose the supplies that have been most effective to us over the years. If you have questions about specific products, or allergy concerns, please let us know.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, checks payable to "Juniper Cleaning Company", Venmo, Zelle
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR, THE ROOM, OR BY SQUARE FEET?
We charge by the room/square feet. See our pricing page for more details!
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE MY HOME "READY" FOR CLEANING?
It's important that your home's surfaces are available for cleaning. Pick up toys, clothing, and general clutter to make access to the space as easy as possible.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PETS WHEN YOU ARE THERE?
Please let us know what type of pets are in the home during the video or in-person home preview.
